LRT-1 Announces Updated Train Service Hours for Extended Route

The Light Rail Manila Corporation (LRMC) has released the updated operating hours for the LRT-1, now incorporating the five new stations from the Cavite Extension Phase 1.

Effective November 16, 2024, these changes align with the official opening of the extended route and aim to better serve the growing number of commuters.

Train Service Hours

The revised schedule ensures reliable operations for passengers traveling from the newly added Dr. Santos Station (formerly Sucat) to Fernando Poe Jr. Station (formerly Roosevelt) and vice versa.

Monday to Friday (Weekdays)

First Train Departure

From Dr. Santos Station: 4:30 AM
From Fernando Poe Jr. Station: 5:00 AM

Last Train Departure

From Dr. Santos Station: 9:30 PM
From Fernando Poe Jr. Station: 9:45 PM

Weekends and Holidays

First Train Departure

From Dr. Santos Station: 4:30 AM
From Fernando Poe Jr. Station: 5:00 AM

Last Train Departure

From Dr. Santos Station: 10:00 PM
From Fernando Poe Jr. Station: 10:15 PM

New Stations and Enhanced Connectivity

With the addition of the five new stations—Dr. Santos, Ninoy Aquino Avenue, PITX, MIA Road, and Redemptorist-Aseana—the LRT-1 now provides seamless travel between Parañaque and Quezon City, covering 26 kilometers.
